These people are CERTAINLY not going out to the job site and overseeing any work that hs been done by the remediation/restoration company. This is simply a team of employees looking at the invoices/estimates check marking off what looks legit. Pathetic way for our state to justify this. Assign X amount of dollars to review the claim instead, or pay for independent adjusters if you were truly concerned with the outcomes for homeowners.
