    While I feel badly for all the victims and their families, this is a lousy lawsuit. How is the employer to know that some guy is going to go off his rocker and shoot up a gay bar? Even if the top brass at the company knew, and they fired him, it still doesn’t mean he would not have shot up The Pulse. And if they turned him in, the liberals would be screaming discrimination! The blame lies with the dead shooter. This case reeks of lawyers wanting fees.

        As I recall the FBI did not find wrong doing in their investigation so what was the employer to do? Just another plaintiff attorney trying to make a buck with another bad suit.

        We need, as a nation, to start holding the plaintiff bar responsible for defense costs, when they file these kinds of outrageous suits.
