Velocity Risk Underwriters has expanded its Florida products to include a landlords policy for rental properties (DP-3) for annual, seasonal, and vacation rentals.
Velocity’s homeowners programs in Florida utilizes Texas-based State National Insurance Company. Velocity offers statewide coverage with a strong appetite for coastal exposure.
Velocity currently insures coastal customers in the states of Texas, Connecticut and Florida, and writes commercial lines products in all 50 states. Velocity writes through independent agents and is currently contracting new partners in Florida.
