It’s a very sad situation on all accounts, but at what point is there accountability on the person consuming all these drinks. Everyone is aware, or at least has a stereotypical idea of what fraternities are like – it’s why most kids join them to begin with. But, to think that these 9 kids lives are going to be possibly ruined because 1 person decided to drink to this level of excess. In some instances, I would agree with how it’s being handled, like the Penn State case, which seems to show multiple points of negligence where the kids in the Frat tried to hide what was happening instead of helping. It doesn’t seem to be the case here.

I agree with Agent(s). Miami lawyer David Bianchi states “We sued those who had a role in Andrew’s death.”
I would guess Andrew played a large role in Andrew’s death. Very sad.
Flippant comment.
