Jack, in Texas, we have a correctional institution called Huntsville where there are a lot of WC fraudsters serving a nice sentence for what this guy was doing.
My mother is a small business owner in the State of FL who hired someone that made a false claim. 1) He was here on an expired visa from Canada 2) He had ‘3’ different SSN’s 3) One of the false identities of this man held a criminal record, including murder and kidnapping. The Sate of Florida settled. The criminal walked away with over $2k and my mom is still paying increased insurance fees.Basically, she picked up the tab and is now on ‘probation’ for this man’s crimes. Unreal!
