    I agree if he is guilty he is most assuredly liable, but what is the point of a civil suit? To have something for back up if he isn’t convicted of first degree murder? I’d like the idea of him working off his $100M (life sentence) if they don’t just execute the guy, but still scratching my head a little.

      I agree, a little confused as to how much money they think they’re actually going to get. Especially after the lawyers take their cut.

    Mark,
    I am sure the defendant has a gross net worth of far greater than the demand. Sarcasm intended. I do agree with P&C Agent that this guy should spend time and eternity attempting to pay those he has hurt.
