More than 30 people have been forced from their home in an apartment fire near Atlanta.
Gwinnett Fire and Emergency Services told news outlets the fire was reported around 3:45 p.m. Saturday near Lawrenceville.
No injuries were reported in the fire that damaged 15 units.
Residents had already started evacuating when firefighters arrived and saw heavy smoke coming from the attic in the back of the building.
It took firefighters less than 45 minutes to control the fire. The Red Cross said it helped 31 people from 11 families after the fire.
