    I’m sorry this young woman lost her life but her own negligence contributed to her death.

    Terrible tragedy and yet thousands of young people are out and about in cars right now without a seatbelt on. If she had been wearing a seatbelt she would probably survived the accident.
    It should be criminal for the ambulance chasers to be rewarded as much as the family of the deceased. But since ambulance chasers donate so much money to their congressional representatives……….

    What is the logic here? How would a rollover sensor that activates airbags have prevented her from being thrown from the car during the crash?
