I must have read a different article than you did. The suit is about enforcing the law nothing more or less. Should masks be worn certainly but until such time as the Governor amends his order to allow for local requirements they are illegal.
Why do you state that he is killing the states black resident’s, are they not aware of the recommendations to wear a mask?
The governor of Georgia is actively trying to kill his state’s black residents. This is truly despicable behavior by yet another GOP goon.
