People Moves: Lockton Names Presidents; Moxley Joins IOA Tallahassee Office

Lockton has promoted Neil Metzheiser to President of the Atlanta office.

Metzheiser specializes in the design and implementation of property and casualty and executive protection liability programs. In his expanded role, he will work closely with production and service teams while continuing to serve on the Lockton Southeast Executive Committee and advise his clients on risk management strategies.

Paul Bruno has been named President of Lockton Carolinas.

Bruno has over 22 years of experience in the employee benefits field with expertise in health and welfare, qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, human resource, benefits and payroll administration outsourcing, executive benefits and worksite marketing programs. In this expanded role, he oversees new business development and ultimately the overall client experience.

Lockton was founded in 1966 and has offices in more than 100 locations.

IOA

Insurance Office of America (IOA) has added Jeffrey Moxley to its Tallahassee-area market.

Moxley is an employee benefits specialist.

Before joining IOA, Moxley worked as the vice president of employee benefits for Frank H. Furman Inc./Acrisure. He brings over 17 years of experience advising best-in-class companies on group benefits and employee retention strategies.

Founded in 1988, IOA is a full-service insurance agency with over 50 locations across the U.S. and in London.
