Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”) announced it acquired the assets of South Carolina-based The Furman Co. Insurance Agency (“Furman Insurance”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Furman provides personal and commercial lines insurance solutions to clients throughout South Carolina and is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. Jennifer Hincapie and all Furman Insurance employees will join Relation and continue to operate out of the Greenville location.
Relation is an insurance brokerage that offers superior risk-management and benefits-consulting services through its family of brands across the United States.
