Oakbridge Insurance Agency, a large regional independent agency, announced its further expansion into Georgia with the acquisition of Jenkins, Skipworth & Associates in Alpharetta.
JSA, an independent insurance agency in the Atlanta suburbs, will now have access to Oakbridge training and proprietary risk management programs, Oakbridge said in a news release.
Oakbridge was founded in 2020 and has grown rapidly through the acquisition of several agencies in the Southeast. Last month, Oakbridge announced it had acquired McNeal Sports & Wilson Risk Advisers, an independent agency in Waycross, Georgia.
