So who pays for the wind mitigation and 4 point inspection that we have to purchase because we have to get a new insurer? Just one more thing the consumer is stuck with. Will we see a refund of our premium?
I had to pay for my wind mitigation and 4 point inspection. My cost was $135 I am on the space coast. I’m sure it may be around $200 in some areas and possibly less in others.

100% agree. My roof is 15 years old now so I most likely will need a new roof to get coverage. I doubt we will get a refund of our premiums.
