Lockton, a global brokerage firm that provides insurance and employee benefits, has named two new executives in its Tennessee region.
Jay Brown, with 25 years of experience, will be president in Lockton’s Nashville and Memphis offices. He will oversee culture, performance and business growth, as well as client relations, the company said in a news release.
Brown is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
Lockton also said that Barry Boster will be vice president and producer in the Nashville office.
For almost 30 years, Boster has worked in healthcare for Cigna, Humana and Mercer. At Humana, Boster was ranked in the top 20% of salespeople and sales leaders, Lockton said.
He holds a graduate degree from Belmont University.
