Alliant Insurance Services, a distributor based in California, said it has named Scott Myers vice president of its employee benefits group.
Myers is based in West Palm Beach. He has 15 years’ experience and has worked as a benefits consultant with an insurance, financial services and human resources technology firm, and with a stop-loss carrier, Alliant said in a news release. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and a master’s from Florida State University.
Myers also holds the chartered life underwriter (CLU) designation, specializing in life insurance and estate planning.
