Oakbridge Insurance Agency has continued its expansion plans with the acquisition of M D Iverson Group, an Atlanta-area agency and brokerage that focuses on commercial products and high-net-worth individuals.
M D Iverson will continue to operate its Fairburn, Georgia, office. Mike Iverson is principal of the agency.
The move provides both firms with additional resources and growth opportunities, the companies said in a news release.
Oakbridge, founded just three years ago, has undertaken a number of acquisitions and partnerships and has become one of the largest privately owned brokerages in the country.
