King Risk Partners, a major U.S. brokerage and insurance agency based in Gainesville, Florida, has acquired Bruce Hendry Insurance in Immokalee, Florida, southeast of Fort Myers.
It is the latest expansion move for King Risk into southwest Florida, the firm said in a statement.
Bruce Hendry Insurance, also known as BHI, with an office on Main Street in Immokalee, has been in business for 45 years, serving much of the state. The firm has offered auto, home, business, farm and other lines, through Nationwide, Travelers, Progressive, Mercury and other carriers.
Bruce Hendry is president of the agency.
