ePolicy has announced the availability of professional liability insurance services designed for California attorneys, and should be available nationwide by the end of 2000. According to the company, EPolicy coverage is generally less expensive and requires less time than policies purchased through traditional insurance channels because its advanced technology enables a new, more efficient process for securing coverage. Developed for law practices with three or fewer attorneys, ePolicy’s professional insurance covers lawyers against claims arising from any negligent act, error, omission or personal injury, including advertising injury, in the rendering of or failure to render professional services by the insured.
