I would advise against using Western Mutual for homeowners insurance. They not only have very rude claims adjustors, they have refused to pay replacement cost on my roof (even though I am paying for that coverage)due to hail and because it was not reported in 6 months. I do not get on my roof on a regular basis. I was told I would have to climb on my roof and inspect it every six months in order to have replacement cost for damage. The paragraph in my policy they are quoting to make their stance does not state that. What kind of action should I take – legal?
