W.K. Cooper & Co. International Insurance Brokers Inc. has opened a new office in Irvine, Calif. The Irvine office will be servicing existing and new brokers, especially in Orange, San Diego and Imperial counties.

Perry Chang, who has accepted the appointment of vice president and will be responsible for new general brokerage in California and nationally, will run the Orange County-based office.
Over the past six years, Chang has managed a book of program business for auto reposessors and will continue the arrangement under the W.K. Cooper logo.
