21st Century Insurance Company today announced the promotion of Eric Saudi to Vice President. Saudi, a 23-year veteran of 21st Century Insurance, will assume the role of Current Customer Process Leader including responsibility for the Policy Service call center of 700 people.
Since joining 21st Century, Saudi has held increasingly responsible positions in claims management, most recently managing a staff of over 900 people who make $700 million in claims payments per year.
In announcing the promotion, company President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce W. Marlow, commended Saudi, saying, “He has been instrumental in establishing the processes and practices that have made our claims operations widely respected for providing outstanding customer service and making fair and timely settlements in a highly-regulated, litigious and fraud-filled environment. I know he will bring this same devotion and expertise to the ongoing job of providing excellent service to our customers.”
