Strategic Research Institute announced that it will carry the theme of its Cyberinsurance series of conferences to the entire technology spectrum at the 4th Annual Insurance Technology Symposium to be held Feb. 3-6, 2002, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Arizona.
This event will discuss how insurance providers have increased cross-selling and maximized profitability through use of CRM technologies, data warehousing and business intelligence. The theme of this event targets today’s most important financial technology trends. Insurance participants will show how to leverage technology to support convergence strategy–delivering a wide array of products and services and maximizing value to every customer. Attendees will learn new ways to integrate back-end, front-end and partner systems–enhancing customer interaction by effectively aligning internal structures with strategy.
Through presentations, panel discussions and case studies, conference patrons will learn how to respond and act in today’s challenging deal environment.
