EAutoclaims, a provider to the insurance industry with online claims management solutions, announced that California State Automobile Association (CSAA), the second-largest member organization of the national AAA organization, serving more than four million members, has selected eAutoclaims as the provider of online claims management solutions for its members in California and those visiting surrounding states.
Under this annual contract, eAutoclaims will process automotive repair claims for CSAA members through the proprietary online claims management solution. eAutoclaims will process claims through its eAutoclaims Preferred Provider Network of body shops, which includes over 400 shops in California.
