San Diego-based ConfirmNet Corporation, developer of the CertificatesNow online insurance certificate service, has completed its Series C Preferred Stock financing totaling $5.25 million.
Led by Elton Participation Corporation, ConfirmNet raised $4 million in early summer 2001 and elected to keep the round open until year-end. The remaining $1.25 million was received in the fourth quarter of 2001.
