Kibble & Prentice, one of the largest independent insurance brokerage firms in the Pacific Northwest, has just acquired Axelson & Associates, a Pacific Northwest business and personal insurance brokerage. Employees of Axelson, a Seattle-based firm, will join Kibble & Prentice’s Bellevue office.
“Coming on the heels of our acquisition of Rourke & Bell, this one continues to solidify Kibble & Prentice’s ability to serve a wider cross-section of the Northwest business community with insurance products,” Arnie Prentice, CEO and chairman of the board of Kibble & Prentice, said. “In acquiring Axelson & Associates, we’re also gaining additional expertise in the maritime and transportation industries. It rounds out our current capabilities and gives us new areas for expansion.”
