Thomas Brown, chairman of the board and CEO of the California Casualty Management Company, was elected second vice chair at the National Association of Independent Insurers’ (NAII) Annual Meeting this week.
Brown joined California Casualty Management Company in 1961. He has served as chairman of the Board of the California Casualty Indemnity Exchange and chairman of the board and CEO of the California Casualty Management Company since 1978.
Brown has served as president and a member of the board of directors of the California Workers’ Compensation Institute; chairman and a member of the governing committee of the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California, chairman of the California Committee on Household Workers’ Compensation Insurance and president and a member of the board of directors
of the Association of California Insurance Companies. He is a member of the board of directors, the Employers Group since 1979.
