XDimensional Technologies Inc., architects of Nexsure, the insurance industry’s first Microsoft .NET agency automation solution for insurance agents and brokers, announced that it has settled its outstanding lawsuit with Applied Systems Inc. on mutually agreeable terms.
Pursuant to the terms of the settlement, both XDimensional and Applied agreed to dismiss their intellectual property claims against each other. In addition, Applied agreed to dismiss its claims against certain former employees of Applied and XDimensional agreed to dismiss its claims against Applied regarding the same.
Craig Fuher, XDimensional’s CEO, stated that, “We are pleased to have put the litigation behind us. The settlement enables us to focus our energies entirely on the development and deployment of Nexsure and the continued expansion of our well-built service and support infrastructure.
