Concord, Calif.-based Advanced Risk Technologies Insurance Services (ART) announced the promotion of Leticia Nelson from assistant vice president to vice president. In this role, Nelson is charged with managing the multi-lines TPA claims operations.
Nelson offers an extensive workers’ compensation claims background, having started her career as a claims adjuster at Fremont Compensation in 1996. She acquired her technical knowledge through her work as a senior claims adjuster. Nelson is certified by the state of California as a Self-Insured Claims Administrator and has worked on both the carrier side as well as the third-party administrator side of claims handling.
“Leticia’s extensive knowledge of the claims industry combined with her management skills are exactly what we need from our leadership to help grow ART in Northern California,” said Michael Saverien, president of ART. “We are pleased to announce her promotion, and believe that her talents will be an immediate and noticeable asset to our clients as well as to our entire team.”
