April Johnson has joined the Dodge Warren & Peters’ Woodland Hills, Calif. office as client services manager.
“Coming from a large, international firm, April brings many new resources to Dodge, Warren & Peters that will significantly enhance our existing capabilities,” says Norfleet. “The input she can provide as a result of this experience will be invaluable information not just for us but for our clients too.”
As client service manager, Johnson’s responsibilities are essentially to handle all secured accounts and to represent the clients’ interests with activities ranging from presenting renewal proposals, policy delivery, and accompanying clients on unit stat reviews. Basically, clients will be able to call upon Johnson for any advice, help or assistance they need with their insurance coverage.
Johnson has nearly 20 years insurance experience. She began her career at Jardine, Emmet & Chandler in Los Angeles, Calif. Most recently, she served as a senior account manager at Arthur J. Gallagher, Glendale, Calif., for three years, and prior to that she was an account executive at Acordia Insurance Services in Encino, Calif.
