Day three of the IBA West Blue Ribbon Conference in Hawaii featured a panel discussion about important issues for the broker concerning E&O and D&O coverages. Most importantly, talk looked at where the market has been and exactly where it may be headed.
Among the discussions was a look at how D&O coverage has restricted from 2001 to the present, and how Sept. 11 and the accounting scandals in recent years have lead to a harder market and greater regulation.
