McFall General Announces New Appts. in Portland Office

Nancy Schultz

Nancy Schultz (nschultz@mcfallgeneral.com) has been appointed surplus lines broker and assistant vice president, manager of the P/C department for Portland, Ore.-based McFall General Agency Inc. Schultz has 10 years in the industry, all with McFall General Agency. She worked for McFall General for eight years and left for four years to help establish from scratch a premium finance company, returning two years ago to McFall General as IT Manager and Commercial Lines underwriter. Schultz has also been instrumental in reworking McFall General’s Web site: www.mcfallgeneral.com.

Dyan Bates

In addition, Dyan Bates (dbates@mcfallgeneral.com) joined McFall as Multi-Peril underwriter in the Portland home office. Bates has over 10 years commercial multi-peril experience, having worked for two general agencies prior to joining McFall General. Her most recent position was as vice president of Transportation for all offices of a regional multi-office general agency. She will be responsible for underwriting commercial property, casualty and garage for McFall.
