From there, a signed broker agreement, which can be downloaded online, a copy of the agent’s E&O declarations page, a copy of the agent’s producer license and FEIN will be required to begin a working partnership with CCBsure. In order to access the workers’ compensation portion of the program, agents must also place a supporting line of coverage with CCBsure.
