King Support Systems Insurance Services announced the expansion of their Mobile Home Park Program.
King is now able to write difficult to place risks. This program has the means to accommodate Mobile Home Parks that have had loss experience (including failure to maintain) or unusual exposures that make the risk unacceptable in the current market place. The program has a tiered rating system based on the particular park profile which, allows for rehabilitation back to preferred risk.
