Alexander Morford & Woo Inc. announced that Doug C. Flake has become a partner of the firm, joining Paul Nowak, who became a partner this past October.
As the manager of the firm’s California branch, Flake has helped AMW establish a nationwide presence. He specializes in designing effective executive liability insurance solutions for his retail brokers and their privately-held, public, IPO and venture capital clientele. Flake began his career in the insurance industry, underwriting and managing multimillion-dollar D&O, ERISA, and Loss Mitigation portfolios throughout the western United States.
