MGA/ Carrier Relationships are always in a delegate balance. The litigation I have worked on in this field always goes back to correct documentation and parties protecting themselves with their own Agendas.
I love the 2nd to last paragraph. With Everest saying they spoke with AARIS and “after initial confusion”. Believe me, I have dealt with AARIS for 4 years now, and it isn’t initial confusion, it is CONSTANT confusion. This could be the death knell of AARIS.
