Some of the issues covered include: Legal issues related to this product; how EPLI policy provisions respond to violations of employment law; underwriting employment practices exposures; and evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of various EPLI policies.
The free seminar is being held at Radisson Hotel Sacramento, 500 Leisure Lane in Sacramento, Calif. on July 15. Registration and a complimentary continental breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m. The actual seminar begins at 8:30 a.m., ending at 11:30 am. Attendees who complete the entire course # 95118 will earn three hours of CE Credits from the California Department of Insurance.
Because this is a popular course that fills up, fast, interested agents are invited to contact Sandra Stampfl or Barbara Carey at Western Security Surplus, (916) 677-8090. A Fax Back Registration Form will be sent for completion and return. Again, the seminar is free of cost to attending agents and brokers.
