Debbie Messina, branch manager of Monarch E&S Insurance Services, recently opened a new office in Rancho Mirage, Calif. Messina has 26 years insurance experience and previously served as vice president for another California-based general agency.
Messina is joined by Victoria Johnson as senior underwriter, who is responsible for brokerage as well as in-house marketing. Isabel McKinney will also join the Rancho Mirage office as underwriter.
