After interviewing 2 WCAB Judges who could not deny receiving lawyers kickbacks as Chistmas cash gifts it was concluded that they are in part responsible for rampant fraud in WC in Ventura County.

I sell WC insurance and see the difference in $$ when lawyers get involved. The WC system was designed to protect workers without going to court. Lawyers have found a way, however, to manipulate it. Good for Gov. Arnold. Thanks!

Why are you lying about this bill and its effects? Why should medicare be shortchanged in favor of liability carriers when the carriers have specifically agreed to insure the risk? Perhaps you should just require that medicare pay all the medical bills that would otherwise be covered by med pay, then the carriers could take premium for insuring illusory risks. Maybe I’ve just answered my own questions. You should rename your publication “The Cheerleaders For Insurer Theft From Taxpayers Journal”.
