On September 15, 2004, the insurance commissioner held a public hearing to consider the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau’s January 1, 2005 Regulatory Filing. The September 15, 2004 hearing was not adjourned; instead, it was continued to October 27, 2004 at 9:00a.m. The hearing will be held at the Department of Insurance offices, 22nd Floor Hearing Room, 45 Fremont Street, San Francisco, California.
