Huckemeyer Joins ACE Risk Management

ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of The ACE Group of Companies, today announced the appointment of Daniel Huckemeyer as senior vice president and Los Angeles branch manager for ACE Risk Management. Based in Los Angeles, Huckemeyer will have overall responsibility for overseeing branch operations, new business development and underwriting activities for the Los Angeles branch office.

With more than 17 years of risk management and underwriting experience in the insurance arena with particular emphasis on serving the large-risk marketplace, Huckemeyer joins ACE USA from St. Paul, where he most recently served as managing director and underwriting director for the Pacific and Western region. He previously held a variety of leadership positions in the large-risk field operations arena with Reliance Insurance, American International Group and Travelers Insurance.
