We used applied’s solution one service for a year + It sounded good and our agent recommended it. However, we just cancelled because when rates were going lower in Calif they raised our rates with out any claims against our policy. Also, getting clear and detailed reports were near impossible. Never could get a 941 or DE 6 because they lump everyone together.
Sorry, they need to do better.
We are nearing the end of our 3 year contract with Applied Underwriters. After the first year we were hit with quarterly assessments. Our agent was told it was not our own experience, but a large claim by another employer in our pool. Our agent told us we were obligated to stay for 3 years. I don’t know how Richard got out!
Richard we share your frustration. The IRS has levied our account because they have no 941\’s applied to our ID #. As you stated they are real secretive and won\’t give out any info. We are filing an action against them in the near future.
