Los Angeles, Calif.-based HCC Surety Group has promoted Frank Mester to vice president. Prior to this promotion, Mester served as manager of HCC Surety Group’s largest branch office located in Los Angeles.
In his new role, Mester continues to serve as manager of HCC Surety Group’s Los Angeles branch office and assumes primary responsibility for HCC SuretyOnline.
Mester has been with HCC Surety Group for nearly six years.
