Lemac General Agency in Orange, Calif., has recently added a new market for workers’ compensation.
Eligible classes include but are not limited to: agricultural operations, building operations, contractors (no roofers or framers), habitational, janitorial, manufacturing, professional (attorneys, doctors, insurance agents, etc), retail stores, trucking and wholesale stores. Over 200 classes of business are eligible. Visit the Web site for a complete list.
Manual premium must be between $5,000 to $115,000. Carrier is rated “A++”XV,”. admitted.
Larger accounts should contact Lemac Brokerage representatives.
The carrier will also include out of state exposures (incidental to California-based risks only) and can consider clients with poor loss ratios and even lapsed coverage. Experience modification factor must be under 125 percent.
