Lemac General Agency in Orange, Calif., has recently added a new market for workers’ compensation.
Eligible classes include but are not limited to: agricultural operations, building operations, contractors (no roofers or framers), habitational, janitorial, manufacturing, professional (attorneys, doctors, insurance agents, etc), retail stores, trucking and wholesale stores. Manual premium must be between $5,000 to $115,000. Carrier is rated “A++”XV,”. admitted.

The carrier will also include out of state exposures (incidental to California-based risks only) and can consider clients with poor loss ratios and even lapsed coverage. Experience modification factor must be under 125 percent.
