USI Holdings Corporation announced the closing of the acquisition of Fremont, California-based Humanex Inc. This acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $2.5 million of revenues to USI on an annual basis. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Humanex provides human resources and employee benefit insurance products to small and middle market companies, primarily in the San Francisco Bay area since 1958.
With the combination of Humanex and USI’s existing office in San Francisco, USI’s presence in the Northern California region will reportedly be greatly strengthened and enhanced.
