These are some of the same people in management at the time that Home Office was firing the entire “employee” agent workforce in California in 1995 that didn’t “Rock the Boat”. They just went along to get along and told the agents at that time that the change from employee to “independant contractor” was GOOD! And that Mother Allstate would not do anything that would hurt it’s workforce…..
