The Alliance of Insurance Agents and Brokers Board of Directors recently adopted a strategic plan for the association at its first 2006 meeting in Pomona, Calif. Among the plans are to:
*Pursue an aggressive membership growth campaign;
*Provide free agency resources to members, such as the MVR Compliance Manual;
*Protect the rights of agents and brokers on regulatory and legislative issues; and
*Enhance the association’s educational opportunities for members.
The Alliance executive committee includes: President – Gary Jensen of Fox Insurance Agency Inc. of Camarillo, Calif; Past President – David Nielson of Nielson-Byers INsurance Service in Carmichael, Calif.; Treasurer – Brandon Braly of Mills Insurance Services in Los Alamitos, Calif.; Secretary – Tony Alessandra of Mission Viejo, Calif.; and Vice President – Joe Jimenez of Garden Grove, Calif.
