Insurance Skills Center, Huntington Beach, Calif., will be presenting errors and omissions classes throughout California that focus on the new issues of permanent digital retention of records, the increased exposure to the broker/agent to maintain those records and produce them during discovery.
The course will also review such issues as insurance company service centers, client direct coverage changes on company web sites, on-line applications and policy issuance and special care in the relationship with surplus lines brokers, managing general agents and the complications brought to the agent/broker in the face of these changes.
By attending this class, many carriers will provide an E&O policy renewal discount with proof of attendance.
