San Diego-based commercial insurance brokerage firm Cavignac & Associates recently held the first of two sessions of its new Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction Safety Training Course. Cavignac & Associates is
reportedly one of the first commercial entities in San Diego to offer the course.
Designed for construction workers, foremen, superintendents and
project managers, the OSHA seminar provides the basic safety knowledge needed to build an accident-free work environment.
Typically administered by OSHA, Associated General Contractors or Associated Builders and Contractors, Cavignac & Associates is now offering the seminar to help its clients lower their total cost of risk.
Cavignac & Associates offers a number of other training sessions to
its clients, including OSHA Recordkeeping, Inspections & Citations;
Having the Right Safety Attitude — Changing Your Safety Culture; How to Run an Effective Safety Meeting; and AB1825 Compliant Sexual Harassment Training.
