You\’re right – Aon and Marsh have to place more business than ABD… but if Marsh or Aon customers were happier, they\’d probably take the time to tell Tillinghast that they are doing a good job. The Tillinghast survey certainly has some flaws… but it shows that the specialist brokers (ABD, Woodruff, Carpenter Moore) can do a great job of competing against the dinosaurs.
