Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) in St. Paul, Minn., recently partnered with G.E. Young & Co., a third-party claims administrator headquartered in the Denver area. G.E. Young & Co. is providing claims management services for the district’s workers’ compensation program.

SPPS is a public entity serving more than 41,000 students from 114 locations, including learning centers, elementary schools, middle schools and high schools. The district selected G.E. Young & Co. to provide workers’ compensation claims management as a result of a request for proposal (RFP), according to SPPS Benefits Specialist Carol Ekstrand. The district had not published an RFP for workers’ compensation administration for four years.

G.E. Young & Co. is a full-service TPA headquartered in the Denver area, with branch offices in Minnesota and Oregon. In 2005, the privately held company celebrated its 15th year in business. To discover more, visit www.geyoung.com or call (888) 428-4671.
